Instructions Taken:  We take instructions from prospective Clients by inviting them to complete a Form providing their personal ID contact details information regarding family &/or dependants their assets and liabilities and their wishes regarding the disposal of their estate under the Will.

Highly Skilled & Experienced:  The Wills we prepare are checked and vetted by experienced Solicitors.

Lower Rate:  Our charges are £250 + VAT for a Single Will with no complexities  and are £450 + VAT for a pair of straightforward mirror Wills .

Accreditation:  We are Members of the Society of Will Writers

PII Cover:  Our Service is covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance from Marsh Commercial.

Service Highlights

Turnaround:  For Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate or any other pre-certified documents, when you deliver the document to us before10:00am Monday to Friday, it will be completed on the next day and the collection time is at around 3:00pm. For other documents it will take one more extra day.

Lower Rate: The basic price is £39.99 + VAT and £40.00 Government Fee if your document is straightforward, such as UK Birth, Marriage Certificate, or ACRO that DO NOT require solicitor / notary public certification. The fee for other types of documents vary depending on the nature.

Document Types: Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles, Power of Attorney, University Degree & Transcripts, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, Vehicle document V5C, Decree Absolute, etc.    

Power of Attorney

A Power of Attorney is a document whereby a person gives to another person(s) the power to act on the his/her behalf in respect of his/her affairs.

As a very general rule there are two different types of Powers. These are:

• a General Power of Attorney; or
• a Lasting Power of Attorney

This is designed for our customers who need document certification only.

E-Apostille Service Highlights

Price Structure:  The basic price is £49.99 + VAT and £35.00 Government Fee

Turnaround:  It normally takes TWO WORKING DAYS.

Documents that CANNOT be issued with an e-Apsotille: 

• UK Marriage Certificate
• UK Birth Certificate
• Certificate of No Impediment
• ACRO
• DBS

e-Apostille on Commercial Documents:  For this type of documents, it can be single page, e.g. Certificate of Incorporation, Power of Attorney or multiple pages, e.g. Memorandum & Articles of Association, Agreements, ect. they can be legalised either as a bundle or separate individual.

University Degree & Transcripts:  e-Apostille may become essential when your employment application or university enrolment is close to the deadline.

Document Upload:  We require the documents to be uploaded for preview.

Refund:  There’s no refund if an overseas recipient rejects a legalised document.
